All of the shots we will be doing will be inside at around 3-5pm. At this time it will be quite dark which will help us create a more realistic atmosphere for the party. When we close the curtains in the hall it will be quite dark and not have sun glaring through the gaps in the curtain. This paired with the lighting will help with the realism of the video.
About a 1/6 of the shots will be on the stage with the majority of the shots done in the lower part of the hall, either mixing in with the people or looking up at the stage.
All of the indoor shots will be using artificial lighting and little natural light. This will look effective and not washed out because this is how it is meant to look.
